Returns Policy – 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
TESTO® offers a no-questions asked returns policy.
This means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, whether the bottle/s is full, half-used, or completely empty, we will refund your purchase price entirely.
All refunds are made by the same means as the payment of your original purchase. If you have paid by credit card we will need you to supply us with your card number for a refund, as this information is not retained by us after purchase, similarly for a direct bank payment please advise your bank account number.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from GoVitalize Limited.
You should receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your return, including the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), time for processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will inform you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item/s.
We are unable to provide a refund on products past their expiry date.
Returned Product Procedure
IMPORTANT. You must open a support ticket by contacting us via our contact form to advise us of your intention to return a product before sending it to us.
Please ensure that you include your name and order number on a note inside the parcel containing the returned items and retain your Post Office receipt for tracking purposes.
IMPORTANT. All returned products must be addressed as set out below and include your name and address as sender. We would also welcome any comments you may wish to share upon returning your product(s) so we can improve our products, service and customer experience.
