Returns Policy – 90 Day Money Back Guarantee


Simply return the full/empty bottle(s) within 90 days of your purchase date for a complete refund of your original purchase price credited back to your credit card, no questions asked.  Just follow the directions below.

Please ensure that you include your name and order number on a sheet of paper inside of the parcel containing the returned items and retain your Post Office receipt for tracking purposes.

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from GoVitalize Limited.

You should receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your return, including the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), time for processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will inform you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item/s.

We are unable to provide a refund on products past their expiry date.

IMPORTANT. You must open a support ticket by contacting us via our contact form to advise us of your intention to return a product before sending it to us.

Please ensure that you include your name and order number on a sheet of paper inside of the parcel containing the returned items and retain your Post Office receipt for tracking purposes.

IMPORTANT. All returned products must be addressed as set out below and include your name and address as sender. We would also welcome any comments you may wish to share upon returning your product(s) so we can improve our products, service and customer experience.
